Susan Stewart is an experienced seamstress with a passion for what she does and a heart for modest clothing.
Susan started sewing when she was about 9 years old because she believed in modest clothing, which was hard to find at a normal shopping center. Her search for modest clothing brought her to the sewing room where Susan's mother and her made most of the clothes they wore. After learning all that her mom could teach her, she attended a series of Adult Volunteer Sewing Training classes through 4H. These classes, taught by a master seamstress, helped to fine tune Susan's sewing skills. Since then Susan has become an outstanding seamstress and her passion for modest clothing has continue to grow.
Her great passion for sewing has gotten her jobs as Head Producer for a non-profit ministry for women and has been the costume director of several church plays and two independent motion pictures that have been seen all across the world!
Now that Susan is embarking on a new stage of her life following high school graduation, she plans to devote her time to helping others on their journey to modest clothing. She desires to use her God-given talents to sew for others and continue with her movie costume designer role as well.
